Project Example - PHP/MySQL Web page

The Task:

We need someone to put together a rather simple input web page with admin section that keeps a database of the information. The graphics and layout of the page will be done separately as this job is just to:
-set up the input page
-set up the admin page (input and editing)
-set up the output display pages when queries are made
