The Task:
I need to set-up a new customer service site. I already have the url pointing to my server. The url is www.travelclubrefund.com I need the customer service site to connect to my member database. The customer will need to be able to pull up their order by the payment reference number, or telephone number, or email address. Its basically a one page site with some basic graphics and my company logo similiar to this page http://www.1stoptravelshop.net/contact.html. It will allow my customers to come to the site, enter one of the data fields (payment reference#, phone, email) view their order and request to cancel if they choose to cancel. I will need a "Payment Status" and "Membership Status" option added which will be "Online Cancellation"
