The Task:
I have a website that worked perfectly until I switched server hosts. My programmer has been AWOL and I need a programmer to fix a page of code, specifically an application.php, to make the site work on Yahoo! merchant solutions servers.
I have all of the pages saved on an iDisk and create the php in Dreamweaver. We use mySQL for our database (which has already been transferred and updated) and the problem I'm having is initially I couldn't access any of the admin features (which the application controls) so I couldn't continue to populate our database with customer names, blogs, etc. Since our programmer "updated" the application, all of the pages load as white- no 404 error, just a blank page.
According to Yahoo tech support there is a work around for getting applications to communicate with the htaccess file in Yahoo; the successful candidate must have experience building custom sites and posting them to Yahoo servers.
