The Task:
We need to create a PHP program that makes it easy to manage and manipulate data. I don't need anything fancy, just something that works. Even if its something off the shelf that can be customized. I would also need to update the membership status and payment status by using Payment Ref# numbers to identify payments that have been returned. I need something quick and cheap until later when I can build a more robust program.
We have a dedicated server so setting up a database is no problem. We will need to be able to upload and export data easily from the database. And we would need to be able to add additional features as necessary. We also would need an interface that's easy to use as well. And we would need to be able to easily change and update the data.
