The Task:
Hello, this is a little difficult to explain, but we will do our best to be as clear as possible.
The focus of this small project is to send our previous customers a post card reminder that their certification is expiring, in an effort to retain their business.
We are a small education company that certifies people in CPR, First Aid, and other courses. The certification cards that the students receive from the class are good for two years, and all of the student data from each course is entered into our database via a Scantron form.
Three months before the certification expires, we need a button in our website admin area that will query all students in the database for EACH different course separately. Meaning, a query was made for all courses done in the last 21 months; and it came up with (separately) 100 people for CPR, 50 people for First Aid, etc.. Each query needs to be put into a CSV file so we can download those CSV files, and then upload it to a vendor. So, if we taught 10 different curriculums, then it would give us 10 different CSV files.
